William K. Cowperthwait has thirty one years of construction experience dedicated to varying sectors of the construction and property management  industry.  

​

In 1992 he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a Concentration in Construction Management from East Carolina University. 

​

From 1992 to 2005 he worked for BB&T, where he managed the development, construction and renovations of banking branches, and managed the development large corporate projects. 

William graduated from the Wake Forest University / BB&T School of Banking in 2000.

Upon his departure from BB&T he and two partners started an independent unlimited license commercial construction company, Structure Services Inc. William was a partner in Structure Services from (’05 - ‘14) and performed the duties of SSI Winston Division Manager, project manager, estimator, client development and researching new lines of business. 

William managed the maintenance and construction needs for two properties in Winston-Salem (‘11 – ‘14) and two properties in Durham (‘12 – ‘15).

To complement these new lines of business William started his own commercial construction company, Construction Services and Contracting, Inc in 2014. CSC was created to service a select group of clients and attend to their needs and demands on a very local and personal level.
